Post Processors

We provide customer Post Processors.

We can provide reliable and accurate post processors for 3-Axis Milling, 2-Axis Turning, 4-Axis Milling, Turn/Milling (X and C),
(X, Y and C), 5-Axis Milling - Positioning (3 + 2), 5-Axis Milling - Simultaneous, Multi-Turret Turning and Wire EDM.
These can be for a wide range of control systems from Brother, Fanuc, Haas, Heidenhain, Hurco, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Okuma, Siemens etc.

3-Axis Machines

We would need to know your machine specifications and options: i.e.
Maximum Spindle Speed
Control type e.g. Fanuc, Siemens 840D, Heidenhain iTnc 530 etc.
Plus any other options Through Spindle Coolant, Swarf Conveyor, Tool Breakage Checking etc.

4-Axis Machines

We would need to know your machine specifications and options: i.e.
Maximum Spindle Speed
Control type e.g. Fanuc, Siemens 840D, Heidenhain iTnc 530 etc.
4-Axis unit type and location
Plus any other options Through Spindle Coolant, Swarf Conveyor, Tool Breakage Checking etc.

5-Axis Machines
